Dr. Jin has over 25 years experiences in pharmaceutical R&D in academy (associate professor in Long Island University) and industry (Scientist and R&D director in multinational and reasrch-oriented Parma companies) since his completion of Ph.D. program in pharmaceutical sciences from University of Toronto. He is the founder of the company and the inventor of the company's microsphere and microneedle technologies, comprising continuous production process of controlled-release microspheres, conformation preserving pre-formulation of delicate proteins, crystalline domain-cross linked hydrogel-forming microneedles, as well as highly efficeint 3D printing fabrication of microneedle patches. 

Hua Zhu, Ph.D., Chair of Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Zhu is a molecular and microbiologist currently teaching at Rutgers University as an associate professor. Dr. Zhu is the co-founder of the company and served as a science advisor for bio-technology.
